moqtap publishes TypeScript and JavaScript packages to npm under the @moqtap scope.

Two caveats on @moqtap/collector, which the other three do not carry: it is not published to
npm yet, and it is licensed FSL-1.1-MIT rather than MIT — each release becomes MIT two years
after it ships.
