A CI endpoint by its own name and hostname, so it is sized for the project’s own build traffic. main in the name says it tracks a branch, which is another reason not to lean on it — the code behind this URL moves whenever the branch does, and a result from one day is not a result about a release.
It is listed in the MoQ interop runner, and during the IETF 126 interop it verified publish/subscribe with end-to-end object delivery at draft-14, draft-16 and draft-18.
