Red5 Pro and Red5 Cloud are live streaming platforms with MoQ Transport support for sub-250ms latency streaming. Built on QUIC and WebTransport, Red5’s MoQ implementation includes native security, multiplexing, and connection migration for mobile resilience.
MoQ has officially launched on Red5 Pro (April 23, 2026), where users can pair it with any MoQ-capable CDN. Red5 Cloud has launched MoQ as a limited beta — a fully managed, end-to-end, production-ready offering operating at global scale on CacheFly’s CDN — with general commercial availability targeted for summer 2026. Red5 is also the developer of the Playa modular MoQ player template, endorsed by the OpenMOQ Software Consortium.
