Public relays

Two public endpoints run this implementation, and they are worth telling apart: the project’s own relay, and Paramount’s server-side ad insertion sandbox, which runs a stock moq.dev relay. Paramount’s is the one endpoint in the fleet where the operator and the implementer are different parties, so a result measured there is a statement about that deployment before it is a statement about this codebase. Both are listed below with what the moqtap TestLab sweep last measured on them.
