fn setup_rank(side: ProxySide) -> DraftSource

Which DraftSource a SETUP peeked at on side carries.

A CLIENT_SETUP lists what the client will accept; a SERVER_SETUP names the one the server picked out of that list. The second is the session’s actual version, so it outranks the first — see DraftSource.
